1) All Sales Final
All purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations once an order is placed.
2) Size Corrections (Exchange Assistance)
If you ordered the wrong size, email us and we’ll work with you to sort it out.
• How to request: Email {onlyoneooolllc@gmail.coml} within {7–14} days of delivery with:
• Order number
• Full name
• Item name/color
• Size received and size needed
• Clear photos of the unworn item (with tags on)
• Eligibility: Item must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all original tags and packaging.
• Availability: Size corrections are subject to inventory.
• If the requested size is available, we’ll coordinate a like-for-like exchange.
• If not available, we’ll offer the closest alternative or advise next steps.
